Isn’t it nice just being able to leave a night out when you’re ready and not worry about how to get home ![]() |

Morning everyone. I went to the pub last night with my husband as he retired yesterday. He had 3 pints and said if he was on his own he would have stayed and drunk loads but he was glad I was there and we were going home. If I’d been drinking I would have encouraged him to stay and we would have both gone home very drunk. Oh how ill I would have been this morning, how happy am I that I’m not (we’re not) 😁.

Jaks that's fab. Congrats to Mr Jaks. Wishing him a very happy retirement. I think in some ways reducing others propensity to destructive excessive drinking is one of the other, hidden benefits. Well done. In for all these reasons and more. ![]() |
