Legs were still heavy from Sunday's 20 miler but managed to hold pace reasonably well on the efforts. I'm slowly starting to feel just a little fitter. =D

SIL has been very inconsiderate and just arranged a Christening for her youngest that weekend. Gutted to miss Fetchpoint this year - the first since I ran the marathon in 2011. You will have to find somebody else to climb the tree.
