I enjoy this boring course 2 laps and a bit around the edge ! But I did spend many many years running on a treadmill !

tough 20 miler tonight...Mrs SOD was running the Flamingoland 'not quite' 10K this morning and spent the afternoon walking around the zoo with the SODettes. Wasn't really up for it, but needed the run and being late and dark I opted for 20 miles on the dreadmill. Was a hard session with major chunks at MP or faster. Was pleased to hit the 20 miles especially as I was running off only water and nuun's.

Great effort getting it done SOD. I’ve never run on a treadmill but imagine it must be difficult. I needed a boost today over the last few miles and running down the start/finish straight at Silverstone certainly helped.

Happy Monday folks *shakes pompoms* Fantastic going there Uyuni - I must admit that when i did silverstone last year i left the racing line to stroke pole position as i went past Bliddy hell SOD - 20 miles on a dreddie! 3 miles is my limit as i then die of boredom. how the hell did you do that, especially on just water and nuuns! and well done too hippity, 20 miles in the bag - fabulous AntClark - 2.30 We will be busy early doors! But presumably he'll be flying past too fast to stop - a bit like Jock Itch last year when we had to drink his beer when he didn't stop to collect it - that was tough

Morning team 5!!
Fab result there Uyuni! You must be well chuffed with that.
Very impressed with your 20 miler on the treadmill SOD. That's some amazing focus AntClark will be zooming past us at 2.30 pace, hope we have enough warning for the pompoms!
Hope everyone gets some good rest in today.

Thanks GR (especially for the bunting) and yes very chuffed. Rest is certainly needed – started off using the lift at work but have now graduated to gingerly attempting the stairs.
Wowsers indeed - 2.30 pace just doesn’t bear thinking about – hope you manage to spot him.
