Good afternoon :)

Lyrics: No, I'd never have got those.

What: 60 minutes of easy running in new-to-me, deliberately-slightly-too-big shoes. Planning to go out on my bike for a little while this afternoon.
Why: Road testing the shoes, heat acclimatisation, doing a bit of cycling while the weather is nice.
