Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Love the Sub 85 min thread with some great advice and people on it,trying to continue that on here but changing it to the new target, for me and few others anyway.

With The GNR just completed and Cardiff only a month away it will be next spring for me to hopefully get there any chance of cracking it, anyone else in?

With a PB of 80:11, I really should be a part of this. But I don't train for HM specificially, so for me it's more likely to happen by accident whilst training for a longer event!

Yeah, maybe. I've only just got down to the 81:xx, but sub-80 does look like the next major milestone for me. It's taken me 2.5 years to get 30 seconds though, so I could be here for some time.....

STOOSH
After a 81.11 by pure chance then a 81.10 when i tried for it...i'll be going for it again sometime in the new year!!

I'll just have to work on getting quicker at 10k first to bolster my chances:)

Liking that Stoosh, my 10k times are rubbish, have got a 10k week on Sunday, but don't want to go crazy as Cardiff is two weeks after that and it's bit more important to me. Can't figure out if I should concentrate on 10ks or just up my mileage.

Nice to see few of us here on the thread though..............

will have to lurk for no, currently 86 but that was April, looking to run comfortably under 85 at Notts next week or at the Brum half.
