Some great pacing for 2:58:50 and 2:58:58. Sounds like really good, controlled performances both. Well done. G

Nice running Joe and Dave (and LBM). Did you get the same great running weather we've had in Scotland?

*...tumbleweed blows past...* It seems like sub 3 is just that awkward time between 2:45 and 3:15 these days, everyone has migrated to threads one way or the other |

57.5 Degrees of Pain
I still have to have a lie down after reading some of the sessions the 2.45 guys do!

I have noticed the complete lack of 'Taper Madness' on this thread.

Awful run tonight - heavy, one mp mile then decided to take it easy. Did 4 so will do 6 tomorrow and 4 miles Thursday. Finished work now and my boss has cancelled the 8.30 meeting I was going in for on my day off - so now only need to work 2-5 on my day off then I really am free!

It is worrying Psi , i keep going to the 2:45 thread, they know how to do it, posts have gone through the roof. If i wasn't in recovery mode i'd never keep up. And thanks for updating the header, i am going eyeballs out at York to get a proper time |
