Ostrich!


I thought ishep was teasing when he came home a few weeks back saying he'd found a field of ostrich on the edge of the village! They are beautiful, so inquisitive and make the strangest noise!

Sometimes they don't come to the fence, but usually of you stand there for more than a couple of minutes they wonder what you are up to and come for a closer look... They are surprisingly big! I love them, along with the ducks, definitely my favourite things around here 😍
