Not their titles, not their jurisdiction. There seems to be something a bit rotten about USADA in all this. There are drug tests. They're not foolproof, but if somebody has never failed one and all your evidence is "some blokes said they seen him do it" then I'd suggest you have no case.

THey havce pretty clear and transparent procedures and rules. Trial by embittered former colleagues and rivals is not part of those procedures or rules as far as I can tell.

Is it possible that they are just saying he's guilty because of pressure that was put on them? I just can't see how they have any real evidence.
