The RO has the landowner permission and is a very remote area, so hopefully can go ahead. Sorry to read and see that you're still out of action Baz, hope things are ok if you have a trial at the weekend Ooh, never heard of the ~~strava~~ shake thing before !

Doesnt explain the odd kudos on solo runs from people in Italy, South Africa etc that I have received. I have seem Moscow and Nigeria as well which made me wary

The RD is the father so it could be tricky even without Covid! Some of the route kid really quiet, other parts are popular with walkers. I guess I am entered for the Kirkie 10k in June and the Neil McCover Half in Oct carried over from last year.
