Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A belated *boing* for being in the team :)

I could really fancy the 18 or 19 mile leg actually...

I spent a couple of hours at Lynnsport on Saturday watching a man trying to see if he could find his heart with a HRM :-)

slow, great article mate, and real useful. Thanks? Are we still fighting for the long sections after reading it?? :-)

Katie, I'd just like a 32" leg...

stage 6 is THE stage to have, the lure of WI sandwiches at the end allows you to get thru the crowds on cromer beach and you have to go past the giant golfball

I am happy to do a long stage, I will be ready for the distance then because of Marathon schedule. There are probably some faster people though (KinkyS is definitely a good one for a fast long leg).

Am happy to fit in where you think.

Looks unlikely I'll be running as I'm so far down the reserve list (*sniff*), but I'm happy to do any stage at all up to about half mara distance.

I can also do bike support on any legs where this would be useful as I will definitely be there whether I am running or not.
