Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

AC, blo*dy agony, and the scrapes are on all the major bends, like knee, elbow, and nuckles! And all being down the same side, makes for an interesting walking style!

Ohhhh Boaby... auch!

I am hopefully getting better. Not dared to try and run yet, but just now was thinking if I should try a little 200 metre jog to see how it feels. Dying to get back running!

Is there any room left on the step for a not so small one. BAD BAD BAD pain in lower right leg I think I might have pushed my aged bod to it's limits with the ultra last weekend and a half marathon this. I think it's time to rest....Can somebody nudge me if I start snoring?

Very wise MudSkip.

After the beating your (to quote) aged body took in the 40-miler, plus the Half afterwards, definitely take a little rest, you've earned it.

Muskip, just snore away, it is allowed on this step... and it sounds as if you deserve your rest!
