Oh no I may have to do it again. I couldn't see video on phone so when I heard him say make sure elbows directly below shoulders presumed was with bent arms not straight arms? Guess I was wrong? I always found straight arm planks easier though...

I didnt watch the video but had a crack this morning...managed 3:40 doing what I know as a plank although its fair to say my technique had gone to pieces long before the 5 minutes was up !!!

Might watch teh video then try again tonight

I'm up for this, or at least I thought I was...

I rather optimistically thought I might manage the full 5 minutes, but no way, I made it past one minute before my first rest, then my other stints were definitely shorter :( Here is hoping I get stronger over the next 13 days!

Result: 3:10

My breakdown was 1:00, 45 secs, 40 secs, 36 secs and then 39 seconds....that last 39 seconds was hard. If I tried it again I might start with 45 seconds and 15 rest from the off

Don't think I've got my posture right yet :-( Could only do 20 secs and failed to make it past 2 mins :-0

I'm going to have some toast and coffee and give this another go.

I managed 4:10, either I am a plank God or my form was rubbish, probably the latter. Mrs CW managed 3:58 and I enjoyed watching her form...

By the way, I tried not to look at the stop watch, it only makes you feel worse!
