I've eaten halloumi before, obviously ... but don't think I've ever griddled it - although that's probably the most obvious thing to do with it. (Don't think I have ever eaten as disappointing a cheese as paneer... it's so bland. Edam comes close mind you!)

Went out for a training run the day after a half marathon. Normally need a rest day or two but my legs felt ok. Also drove into Leicester City centre (somewhere I hadn't driven on my own before) this afternoon without relying on satnav!

Mr AtC has spent the day clearing an old lavendar hedge and digging a border, I've sorted the seeds which will hopefully fill it in a few weeks time.
