Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Do I need to choose a newt from yesterday? I'm behind!
I think I'll choose Ness's newt HM. Those aren't very common and new races should be celebrated :)

Ooh thank you, FleeCircus. :)

Do I choose someone at the end of the day?

You can choose someone whenever you like, Ness. I have just made a new rule!

I realised I left it nearly two days ... but it really doesn't matter!

Griddled halloumi with my salad today. I've eaten halloumi before, obviously ... but don't think I've ever griddled it - although that's probably the most obvious thing to do with it.

(Don't think I have ever eaten as disappointing a cheese as paneer... it's so bland. Edam comes close mind you!)

Another Couple of newts for me today. Not that I will be considering choosing myself... ;)

Went out for a training run the day after a half marathon. Normally need a rest day or two but my legs felt ok.

Also drove into Leicester City centre (somewhere I hadn't driven on my own before) this afternoon without relying on satnav!

I thought I didn't have a newt, but realised I did: ds2 and I scooted from Euston to Waterloo this morning. I've never scooted in London before, we only saw one other adult scooting. In Edinburgh we saw one chap on a scooter and I congratulated him on his choice of transport :)

I newted the Joker training interval session today. Can't remember the last time I did that sort of work out.

Yes Ness -pick your favourite of the day :-)

My only newt for today is that I've planted some seeds. Mr AtC has spent the day clearing an old lavendar hedge and digging a border, I've sorted the seeds which will hopefully fill it in a few weeks time.
