Late one tonight, a long day of redundancy consultations and I just wanted to stay in my hotel room. Finally managed to get out at 9.30pm for a 2.5k uphill to Swindon old town, then back down the hill to the hotel.

Another horrendous storm today. My running club session was cancelled so stayed in bed cuddling the dog listening to howling gale and lashing wind. Now in running gear but really not feeling the love…
