I would love to join - but I'm off to Cuba on 25th January, and though I'm planning to run whilst there I can't guarantee anything due to rum cocktails and possible hangovers.

I get the January set how many runs you'll do thing. What's the deal with the Feb and march ones or do we find out after? Feb says something about how far you go and march is how fast. Any ideas?
