Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

I have an Organic Chemistry test tomorrow - Would it benefit me to eat a couple kilos of Brie tonight?

It's on Mass Spec, IF, NMR, UV, and a few other topics. I've probably put in 18 hours of studying. No joke. It's not too terribly difficult to understand; it's just a whole lot to know and remember. My question: Would it benefit me to eat a couple of kilos of Brie?

I think the original paper by the Gran Padano group which purported to demonstrate a vast improvement in memory retention (using the Schnitker scale) following potentially toxic brie ingestion has largely been discredited ( the work was carried out with Brie inc. sponsorship , which was not declared at publication ).

More convincing evidence suggests that starting revision EARLIER and spending more time on it may , paradoxically , improve performance on subsequent testing . The role of cheese ( or the roll and cheese ) is equivocal - however many people ( including myself ) like to rub a little caboc into their nipples before starting any examination . Best of luck.

Well it did but from next year it's the Västerbottensost London Marathon, . It is a hard cow's milk cheesey marathon with tiny eyes or holes and a firm and granular atmosphere.
