Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hiya,

any iPhone app developers out there? I'm working on the Fetch app, and have a few questions :-)

Question 1: Why are you doing iPhone before Android? I don't have an iPhone.

Answer 1: Because I have an iPhone. I'll learn another programming language after I've learnt this programming language.

Some of the stuff I've done, like exposing elements of the site in a consistent format (an API if you like), will be applicable across the board. But right now, I'm doing an iPhone app.

Is the API likely to be published, along with any ideas about what the app might look like and do? Perhaps an open-source Android App could be developed in parallel and everyone would be happy.

Seems you have some volunteers to help you with Phase 2! I can't help, but would be happy to test.

Great Scott! All I know is the flux capacitor needs to be going at 88 mph and you'll need 1.21 Gigawatts of power
