I want to quiz her with potential interview questions. The position she is going for is a management position, managing a team of 15 staff. Does anyone have any good questions that they have been asked in a job interview lately or that they use when interviewing people? Thanks for your help.

(unlikely to be put to the interviewee in that way, but they'll expect your friend to have a good understanding of the post they've applied for and will ask a question like that)
