I did better last night, thankfully. I read somewhere a while ago (bu can't find the link now), that some people do much better on 4 hours sleep, a period awake then another 4 hours sleep. The article said it was because when we were hunter gatherers, people needed wake up after 4 hours to tend the fire, check for predators etc. Once I've woken up I rarely get back to sleep. The worse period I had for sleeping was camping in Antarctica when it didn't ever get dark. I tend to do worse in the spring as the days get longer. |

That 4 hrs at a time thing sounds familiar Jen, and makes sense. Perhaps when all this is over I'll take to doing my shopping at 03:00, Hunter gatherer style, then back to bed! |

Slept fairly well last two nights. Awake for only 20 minutes last night & slept 10-7.

Of all nights when the clocks go forward, my youngest (who has Down's) vehemently decided to refuse to lie down, making a lot of noise in the process. We were concerned for the neighbours as it was getting unbearable. She eventually dropped off at 12.30 am (effectively 1.30 am). No wonder my wife and I ended up sleeping in until 8.30 am and I decided not to go for an early morning run as I was shattered.

Doesn't sound ideal conditions for a great nights sleep SP! Flag you choose a lay in over an early run!

I went to bed at just after 9pm last night, banging headache, sore neck and stiff shoulders... Took a couple of paracetamol and hoped for the best! Still a little stiff this morning, but slept reasonably well, hope you all had a better night?

Well. Forgot to take CBD. Took ages to get to sleep, not realising why until the early hours... Live and learn. Every time we think it is not really doing anything, we find out when we stop taking it. Just wish regulations were not so crap and we could grow it ourselves instead of spending a fortune on it, and being dependent on the supply chains that are weak at the moment. |

Is it the CBD oil that you have Creature? I bought some a while ago but it tasted so awful I couldn’t bring myself to take it more than about twice.

Capsules. These hempura.co.uk Zero taste, unless you get wind later... Oil is faster acting (but harder to get full spectrum, know about processing) but if you take into account the time to get into the system, ground bud like this has all the entourage effects. When remembered, we take at 9pm ish for lights out at 10pm ish. Not everyone will get the same effects, so your mileage may vary. |
