Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well I slept better last night, I did wake up, 03:05, but went pretty much straight off again. Feeling much better today for it!

How did you all get on?

Lol.
Cannot say for sure it was 3.05, but it was about 3am when we woke up. Did something happen about then :-p
Also got back to sleep after a bit, so last night was pretty good.

My eldest works nights, so if I wake up I always check my phone to make sure I haven't been woken up by a message or call... It never is!

Wonder if there is a change at 03:00 COTH? Maybe light? Or the birds?

Yeah, it does seem to be the range 02:30-03:30 here.
Perhaps to do with how long asleep? 22:00 lights of, sleep by 22:30ish would give 4-5 hours. May have have to look up sleep cycles etc.

(On a personal level, pretty sure some of it's related to plurality and not all of us wanting to sleep at the same time, still figuring that out)

Interesting, I'm also usually in bed by 22:00... Must look up sleep cycles!

Apart from my wife waking me up around 3.00 pm and my youngest coughing about the same time, I slept quite well last night.

After some gardening this morning, I should be in a good state to go to bed earlier this evening so I can get out for a run tomorrow.

I’m still waking up after about 4 hours solid sleep and then waking every hour after that. Doesn’t feel like good quality sleep at all but I don’t think I feel particularly tired. Then again, I’m not doing an awful lot except going for a daily short run.
