Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

If you were 10kg lighter, your BMI was 18.8. Great racing weight I imagine!

Yes! It was... No idea why I remembered 22... Maybe that was my fat percentage?

I remember that to be 13% though...

Oh dear! For someone supposedly not obsessed with stats, I am taking this rather seriously 😀

I wonder if I can find the reports somewhere...

Anyways... Back to my goal: to put that button back on my trousers without it popping next time I bend over!

Morning! Despite 3 lamb chops and 1650 cals yesterday and no running, today I am, in the words of Totriornottotri's spreadsheet "NOT FAT". BMI 24.8. Milestone 1 tick :)

Stats:
Started: Jan 1
Initial BMI: 29.6, BF%: 31.6%, Weight: 85.5kg
Days: 71
M1 BMI: 24.8, BF%: 21.8, Weight: 71.7kg, loss: 13.8kg
Running: 395km, Cycling: 445km
Alcohol: 0

Hope to see you all at the goal line! (for me: 65kg, BMI 22.5)

Cheers MT and totri. I only started calorie logging a month ago, and in the last month my average daily intake was about 1560 last time I checked a few days ago. I immediately dropped over a kilo on day 2 and am probably dehydrated today, so real average loss per week is just over 1.1kg according to my spreadsheet calculation.

Just goes to show consistency and time are all you need. It’s the consistency bit I have difficulty with! :-)
