Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Big fat fail today. I had an appointment and was running early. there is a farm shop thingy on the way which sells strawbs/rasps etc so I stopped for some for the office. Sadly they sell other lush, overpriced foodstuffs as well. came away with chutney, jam and a wee bag of dark choc with strawbs & blackpepper. Choc has been scoffed already. Luckily the rest of my food has been goooood. Porridge, banana and honey for brekkie. Salad with ham and chutney for lunch. fruit and a yog for snack.

A wee bag of chocolate now and then is ok in a way that 200g of Dairy Milk every day isn't (unless you're really putting the training hours in!)

I ran 2 miles extra today so I'd have room for chocolate in the calorie count. I'm shit at giving stuff up.

hmmm....started the week really well, using MFP etc, but a couple of days away up in Teesside with work and I fell off the wagon.Free Hotel meals and buffet lunches don't fit into the plan! However despite being shattered when I got back tonight, I still went for a run in an attempt to straighten myself out. Gym in the morning and two runs at the weekend should see me right!

My lovely little boy made me breakfast in bed this morning. Stone cold toast with half a jar of jam x2 :) Bless him! Scraped off some jam and ate 1.5 slices. Not what I had planned but I'm sure my bike and run will sort me out.

*pops head back round door nervously*

Haven't been in here for a while...

I did quite well with weight loss earlier this year and took off a stone, taking me down to around 9st 5 which I was very happy with. However, a surfeit of cream scones on holiday has led to a few pounds creeping back on :-O
