Oh no Scribbler, so sorry to hear that. House buying/selling is stressful enough without this whole lock down making it worse.

I suddenly hit a black spot last night which has continued into today, got that constant lump at the back of the throat feeling like I could cry any moment. So it was lovely to see some friendly fetchie faces on the live podcast this morning.

Just trying to think positive thoughts

On positive note I’ve just completed an eight day streak of daily exercise.
I probably would never have done that if I hadn’t been in lockdown, (although, in reality, there wouldn’t have been a need to).
I’m hoping to continue to do a minimum of thirty minutes a day.

Trim, it was nice to hear the voice behind the avatar on the podcast today.
