So I went for a run and the sun came out so I scoured the house for yet more washing. Within 20 minutes of hanging it out it started to drizzle. Now heavy rain. Oh well, can't be lucky every time.

I put the washing out when I got back from my run 🏃🏼‍♂️ this morning. I hate to say this after reading the above posts, but the sun 🌞 is blazing 🥵 down from a clear blue sky.

Fourth load in the machine, most of first load already dry, feather duvet hanging on the airer outside. (We haven't been hoarding washing, we've emptied all the fabric items out of the garage loft and I'm washing the things that are worth keeping.)

I'm jealous David. It's stopped raining here but it's chilly and there's no breeze. My washing may not dry today.

It was a nice morning here, the thin stuff had dried overnight so I took it in. The thicker stuff was nearly dry so I thought I'd take it in after my run. Started raining on my run. None of my three sons thought to take the rest in so back to square one.

Terminology: 'Fluffing' -- Going out and runninng your hands over the washing just to feel whether still moist. Sometimes not needed but we all like to fluff

'Melvyn' - where you run you fingers through your washing, you think it's damp but you're not sure. It could be dry. You leave out or take in? you've done a Melvyn'.

Also for sharing photos of 'Extreme pegging'. Plastic or wooden they are all embraced here :)
