Signing up to all your favourite bands mailing lists/social media? Or various ticketing sites/venues mailing lists/social media? or perhaps an app that does it all ie venue/band/location etc?

I haven't seen them live since Keef passed, but hear they are still a great night out. Death Cult for me last night at Norwich Uni, Ian Astbury and Billy Duffy playing the early stuff only (so thankfully no Edie (Ciao Baby)!) Roadies smudging the stage with incense and sage before the band went on drew comments fearing the sprinklers would go off and hairdos get subsequently ruined, and Ian had his shades on indoors for the first part, but then it's The Cult, you have to let them off 😉 Great set, Ian was the consummate front man and Billy Duffy with that gorgeous low slung white Gretsch was just brilliant...such a wall of noise from just one guitarist.
