Some of those 3000 places will also have gone to runners like myself, who deferred 2018 for a guaranteed 2019 place, although that can't be many.

The message on the telephone line now says that they are aware of people not getting mails and will have the problem rectified by the end of today. It also says they will not help over the telephone any more today. I have followed the link and it lets me register. In two minds whether to complete the registration or not......
