Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Looks like there is a gap in the market for a service/app that reads the latest activities from a Garmin and sends them wherever - without contravening IP I suppose.

I heard the ransom theory this morning. Glad I didn't sign up to Garmin pay!

Very glad I switched to my 735 at the end of last year. Easy connect & load in Fetch.
My ANT based 610 may have been difficult. I don't know if I ever got to that without Garmin Express.

I use an app called RunGap, which sends can send activities from one logging place to multiple others.

For example I use it to send running data from my Apple Watch to Garmin Connect so I can make use of the Garmin auto upload on Fetch, as Fetch doesn’t handle Apple (yet?).

However if Garmin is down, the app becomes pretty redundant...

Is Garmin pay working? I ran to work this morning so don't have my wallet, and my phone's NFC is, at best, iffy, so Google Pay can be rather hit and miss.

The way I understand Garmin Pay is that the bank card you linked it with is doing the work.
