Mr GM has very thoughtfully sent me to bed so he can eat ice cream without tempting me. I know this because I heard him take the lid off the banana split ice cream tub as I was going upstairs....

Meant to say thanks all - it's not really that impressive as it's 3lb I've already lost before (more than once!!). But I'm not supposed to be dwelling on that am I!!
Anyway, feeling very positive atm, which is most unlike me. I know it's still early days but I think breaking it all down into manageable achievable steps is the definitely the way forward for me:-)

Rosehip I started at 13.8 but have wavier 12.5-12.6 for a month or so now not sure what soloution is !!!

The solution is usually to do something different Looking at my weight graph, I dropped it quicker and easier in the month I managed to swim once a week. Can't manage to fit that in right now and I'm plateaud again. Going to try to add an execise DVD or something in instead.
The other thing that always helps is giving up both cake and wine completely - but that's harder!

lol yes I went down to 12.3 on Tri training I am increasing mileage and do circuits I think that will help
