Great bouldering session at Surrey Summit today. Generally lower walls than ours but harder in terms of overhang and holds. A very small child got stuck right at the top of the top ropes for about 20 mins and was very vocal about it.

Is it wrong that it amuses me when that happens with small people?
I was belaying a friend's niece a few weeks ago and in the end we had to send big sis up the rope next to her to hold her hand so she'd come down

Oh my friend and her sister handled it really well and the child was funny not Mardy which was why it was maybe amusing

They're lovely kids.
I always go with them when they come up so they can have more turns.
Me and my climbing buddy belay whilst their mum watches the other bouldering.
Sadly they don't have a wall near them so only get to go when visiting their Aunt
