Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Shelby is a great name! Reminds me of racing driver and inspired motor engineer, Carroll Shelby, who, amongst other achievements, made Ford Mustangs go very fast indeed. :)

I think he was named as a result of Peaky Blinders. He is only 18 month or so. More sleep last night but the squeaky yowling started around midnight. He has been quieter today. Have been trying to ascertain how long he was living rough. Possibly prior to lockdown. Should have less of an issue after he’s been to the vet but forgot how smelly male cats are. Am also contemplating getting him a harness so I can take him out but that may make him more stressed when in.

That’s brilliant Pedro. Less wailing last night so I got a better sleep. Progress 👍

Mine does Gobi! There's always bits of cardboard scattered across the living room carpet.

Cats are smelly in general Corrah, every time I swear I won't get another. This time i mean it as Patricia peed on my bedroom carpet...

she only did it as a neighbourhood cat had came in the open window, and obviously freaked her out so she was marking territory.

but it was a new carpet, and i can't get rid of the smell, every now and then it reappears.
