Yes, those lunges are a killer, I couldn't stay down for the whole time, had to come up to let the burn subside before starting again, hoping I can improve on that. Dreading tictacs.

I did exactly the same as I would have crumpled in a heap on the floor. Its not made me any quicker yet running, but its improving my endurance I think without pain

oops, I did the wrong workout tonight, did Cardio Abs instead of repeating Tuesday's workout, nevermind, it was short and painful so it must have done me good

I think it helps you do them in the right order so not working the same muscle groups or something.....am dreading tictacs too.....lets hope it snows so much they call it off

Cardio Abs only about 15 minutes and meant to be done after some of the other workouts so today was kind of like a rest really, considering skipping tomorrow's rest and doing the workout I should have done today. Will wait and see if I can move tomorrow first.

Ok, so the good intentions of sticking to it rigidly haven't quite gone according to plan. Missed Weds & Thurs because of course, started again on Friday, missed the Cardio Abs off the end of the workout on Saturday because I was a bit distracted by phonecall and forgot all about it, so did Abs and Cardio Recovery yesterday instead of resting. The way I looked at it was that I'd had double my rest on Weds & Thurs so doing two relatively easy workouts on Sunday wouldn't hurt. Just hope my legs are fresh enough for the fit test tonight after work especially after an hour on the turbo trainer last night too.

You're mad.......but then I guess you best work hard on fit test to burn off that tiny bit of naughtiness from last night. Am gonna try do Insanity tomorrow now as wanted to take advantage of fresh snow

Naughty naughty. You're gonna have to do turbo & double insanity for that. I made huge cakey cookies.....on my third!!! But they do have 2 of my 5 a day.....raisins and apple
