Not exactly baking but I made Mars Bar slice yesterday. Today it was granola and then mocha squares. Fortunately the base didn't come out of the tray cleanly as when I tried a broken bit despite having used less sugar than the recipe called for it was more than sweet enough (and OH agreed) so it would have been far too sickly for us with the mocha fudge icing. The base is lovely though, a sort of chocolate flapjack but it has flour in it too so the texture is finer.

Is that from the AB recipe Linds? Hope you like them as much as we do if so.

I love Anita Bean’s recipe (not the one with protein powder) I don’t think it’s online but I’ve posted it on the thread I think - not sure if you can search for it? If not I can type it up for you in the morning.
