I've drank in the Kings Highway a couple of times, but never stayed there, so can't vouch for the ghosts. Last time I was there was in March on my way back from running the Glasgow 3K on the Green and Hazelhead parkrun.

Good portion sizes, all the plates were emptied. It may not be Michelin-starred food but I've genuinely never had a bad meal in a spoons. Honestly don't understand why everyone slates them so much.funny how they are always packed when so many other pubs are closing down. If they're that bad why are they always so packed?
