Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I've used the tote bags that had my clothes in before! And a lot of paper towels. Neither ideal

I've run in my speedo swim shorts before. In winter. 2C and snowy. And I had to walk through the office to get out the door. :-O

Oh yes, forgetting my running shorts when running home from work in January was fun once, running back in the cold in my boxers (similar size to running shorts thankfully). Taking 2 hours to regain normal temperature in *that* area

Glad I'm not the only one who's done that TMW. Ran 10 miles through London in me kecks - luckily it was 10pm and dark, so no one gave me a second glance. I think.

Quick update, bike in > run home > run in > bike home feels much more manageable than double run days (which were fun but emptying). Ta for advice.

Cool, nice one rhb. I just find that logistically hard (I'm a bear of little brain!) I'm lucky that I have the car as an option, and a gentle double once or twice a week is ok for me. :-) G

I did 4 to work and 6 home tonight....I was just abouit to press start on the garmin when I realised my work pass was still in the pocket of my cycling kit from the day before. That narrowly avoided the morning 4 recovery miles having another 4 tempo miles added

I have a couple of waterproof stuff sacks that I use to transport stuff in and out. It keeps stuff dry and away from other stuff. I also take a small breakfast in with me to have later.
Shoes in at the begining of the week (when I cycle in) end of the week I take them home, I just need to remember what colour shoes I have at work.
It's annoying but because my office is up four flights of stairs and I have no locker in the shower room so it's easy to have my towel in my bag rather than leaving it a work.

is it wrong that I *actually* lolled at HappyG as the mental image of someone strutting through the office in budgie smugglers was just too much (I was picturing these in a bright royal blue too, just so you know)
