Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Swim was good very slick organisation, good job I hadn't seen the Sharktopus trailer before I went in the water :-O
Swim time was 37 mins so reasonably pleased although the fastest on the day was just over 20 minutes.
Medal is the same size as the London marathon medals

Decided to run to Hyde Park from Waterloo how on earth do people manage to run in London, had to either run in cycle lanes, or along the kerb, probably my mistake though running past the houses of Parliament, and Buckingham Palace

About This Thread

Maintained by iRan
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
