Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'm not running and it's driving me - and my family - mad.

You (and they) have my sympathy, JK. I'm awful to live with when I'm not able to run.

I'm not much better when I am.

Doc, I usually have the opposite problem when I do intervals. I usually count at the end and find I've done an extra one!

For intervals I programme the TomTom so it tells me what to do and thereby eliminating any need for me to think ;)

I even used to get it wrong when I had my old Garmin that would do that. It would have a recovery period after the last rep and I'd find myself going again when it beeped for that!

Haven't run for 4 months. I'm replacing with weight training and I did my first abs class last week to stop myself going mad. Helps a bit but it's not running is it.

We runned this evening. It was ok.
