Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Dill - sort of - well, just for a long weekend. Staying literally across the road from the start of Minehead parkrun :-) Will have to do Burnham next time we’re at the in-laws though!

49/100 after xc training - so a bit behind for this month, but that's ok - last lower month before pre-marathon training next month.

Some good training going on here. I’m on 72/100 so far. I’m going away for a weekend, next weekend, but might just scrape over the line. ;):)

Over the line at the Tweed Valley 50k. Was only doing it to bimble round with a mate, but didn't enjoy it too much. Back down to 10k/HM for the next while :)

113.3/100, nice run around a damp and miserable Ely.

SM6, I've two marathons to complete and then retiring from anything over half-marathon distance. I freely admit I don't enjoy running long any more. I love running just for less than 90-120 minutes. Hours and hours running just bore the pants off me now.

Good 5k run Gobi..I'm envious..the sort of time I would have done thirty five years ago but those days are gone!
I tend to be with you on the 90 minute cut off Fenners but more so because I just gey knackered! You wouldn't have had a nice run around "my" Ely here in Cardiff! But what a bummer you don't enjoy running. Sounds like you've burned out/over trained/overly routinized your running....if I felt like that (which thankfully I never have) I would take a month off and then get back to doing some untimed "jogs" and simply enjoy things again...
67/100 and pretty well on track after this morning's run in heavy drizzle.
