Autumnleaves PB of sub 25 for the first time (24.43) -a year ago hadn't gone sub 26!; took another chunk off 2 weeks later 24.01; 23.43 5 days after that!
FML Course pb @ Lincoln Parkrun by 39 seconds (26.29). A surprise as Garmin was dead and 3rd out of 3 laps were passed by half a dozen runners (20/9)
Som - equalled my course PB at parkrun 21:11....September.
Columba - Burgess Park parkrun on 13th September, 31 mins 55 seconds, PB and highest age grading ever for any race, 69.77%
