Thanks, Rosehip. I really enjoyed 2 Castles 10k. It's quite a challenging route so I took it carefully. Now I have twelve and a half weeks until my next race (Kenilworth Half). Had a really good track session this evening and my hip felt ok. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that continues.
