We\'re starting the ball rolling by asking people to join either the runners or supporters group. They\'re above. That\'s all I\'m doing for now. We haven\'t had Thanksgiving yet, let alone Christmas :-P

Much, much, much later Kwala and I will be:

Asking for food/drink requests
Allocating groups
Sorting signs
Getting a new banner
Buying food/drink/balloons/noise makers

Keeping Nellers alive and rescuing him from lampposts

But for now, can you just join the relevant group if you haven\'t already. And if you\'d like to be a team captain this/next year, can you ping me a line?

Hello - for all the newbies out there - what's Fetchpoint? I only 'found' Fetch at the start of the year and got my acceptance for VMLM14 just now. Cheers.

I would really like to experience Fetchpoint next year. Need to work out logistics of getting down.Need a rough estimate of times of people arriving at Fetchpoint :-)

Oh Man, how do you describe Fetchpoint?????

A mass of exuberant, mental, lovely people at mile 22 (and Mile 13 on other side of road) who give encouragement, food, drinks, hugs, massages etc to Fetchie (and other) runners on the marathon

Before Fetchpoint my gf thought I went on the internet and talked to a bunch of running weirdo's.

After being at a Fetchpoint herself, my gf now believes I go onto the internet and talk to a bunch of very nice and bloody loud running weirdo's.

Aha! So it could be the ideal place for my OH and 3 kids to loiter while I run? It's fair to say she's not (yet) as excited as I am about today's surprise package!
