So- who is in this year?
Not wanting to chase a mileage target? Do multiple sports? Log your cross training? Declare a target of hours training for the year- doesn't need to be 365, pick your number.... Nice going
I had an epic Sunday bingo with a bike to run session and then a late afternoon swim. It's a run focused week for me, so I'm clocking up the hours that way, but still keeping in a good range of other stuff. |

Nice Scribs. Really must get some more swim going. I broke my nose clips last Friday, which was my excuse for not doing a swim after gym! Must replace.
