4 1/2 years ago I started to run. It was to build fitness for basketball (that I was pants at - but that's another story). 4 1/2 years on and I'm still running. Not much improvement due to laziness, too much of a social life and did I mention laziness? With the big 40 only 2 1/2 years off, I want to make the most of what is left of my 30s and try to run a race that I can be truly proud of. It'll come - maybe this year, who knows?
