Oscar's Everyone Day

Oscar the Grouch proposed one day each year where "we unite as a community and EVERYONE records an activity of some sort - a dog walk, a run, a swim, a ride, ski if you want...".
Sadly we lost Oscar in March, so I'd like to dedicate Everyone Day to him.
Thank you for the inspiration you gave us Oscar.

Aiming to increase my training gradually in September from 25-30mpw average to 40-50mpw and see what shape I'm in for a Spring marathon, well thats the plan. PBs a bit 'soft' at present as i'm a beginner - 46m 10k, 1.20 10mile and 1.43 for 1/2 mara
