A beleaguered nurse, I struggle with shift patterns, motivation, needing a drink at the end of the day, and the feeling that life's too short to NOT eat chocolate! I've been relatively fit in the past, but after running the Plymouth half this year I've really struggled to get back in to it. Consequently my lycra is getting much tighter than I would like!
I've started blogging in the hope that it will make me GET OUT THERE and cut down my intake of chocolate and red wine. Wish me luck!
