Nene Valley 10, Bretton, Peterborough. Cold, clear day with some breeze - almost perfect conditions. Ran well, just on the edge of my capabilities. Ran the race just behind Paul Cooke who ran very well and we finished a few seconds apart after a sprint finish.
Good end to the racing year and very happy that i met my goal of a 67min something 10 miler. Big PB.
Splits:
6:30, 6:48, 6:48, 6:43, 6:59, 6:40, 6:58, 6:56, 6:55, 6:27
(Suspect actual times are more even than the above suggests (except first and last mile) due to imprecision of Sat Nav)

Good going, I think most of your pbs are due an adjustment. Incidentally in my first year I was running 68% wava just like you did today. You never know where you might end up.
Congratlations, fab shiny new peebee
