Woowich Foot Tunnel marathon. Started in the foot tunnel so no Garmin info for the first half mile. Very gentle first half with a couple of minutes walk every three miles at the aid stations, started to speed up slightly at 18 miles, still felt strong at 23 miles and finished with my three fastest miles of the race for my first marathon negative split.
