Reading parkrun
Lovely day out today, though very much on the hot side. Felt great and steamed through my first km. Reined things in a bit for the rest of the run and finished in a comfortable 2nd equalling my 5k PBSR on what I would consider a slower course (because of the grass and many sharp corners).
