Goat Fell race:
A really mixed bag of a race. Really pleased with how I attacked the ascent. Managed to keep running until the more rocky section on the shoulder. Started to struggle a little bit on the last little push to the summit. Then a disappointing descent, couldn't get into any sort of rhythm and didn't feel like I was pushing hard like I was on the ascent. At the end it didn't feel like I had ran hard at all so probably could have pushed much harder on the downhill.
