Ayr Turkey Trot 1ok
No PB but only a few seconds outside and pleased with my performance as I was running with a mild throat/chest infection. The first few kilometres were into a pretty strong wind and by the time we had the wind behind us my lungs had started to make some rather unsettling noises which put me off more than anything else. Lovely cakes afterwards which I made the most of after yesterday’s pre race abstinence. Fetchies out in force and well done to old mum getting a PB on a tough day.
