Grunty Fen Half Marathon. Fell over on walk to start line, nothing to do with the excesses of booze from yesterday, I blame Hurry H and MrJ for not leaving me enough space on the pavement

Comfortable with the first 5 miles but decided I would not be able to sustain the pace over the whole distance until I've built up more stamina. Slowed the pace then started to struggle from 7-10 miles but decided that if I didn't speed up again I wouldn't get under 2 hours. Happy with time but it was hard !
